Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to the Cats GO account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Privacy → Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm using your password.
If you cannot sign in, use the request form on this page. Send the prepared email from the address connected to your Cats GO account. We may ask for proportionate evidence of account ownership.
What deletion removes
Account deletion removes the active account, cat media, collection, sessions and associated memberships. It is permanent for the active account. Export anything you want to keep before you proceed.
What may be retained
Purchase records are detached from the account and retained for duplicate-purchase and fraud handling. AI cost records and moderation logs may remain. The current test build does not yet have final production retention periods or a completed backup-purge schedule. These must be settled before public release. See the current privacy notice.
Purchases and unused Paws
Deleting a game account can remove remaining in-game entitlements. Contact support about unused purchases before deletion. Deletion does not automatically request a refund; contact support or the relevant app store separately about a purchase.
Using a private, device-only album?
A local album has no server account. Export it if you want a copy, then use the local deletion option in Profile or clear the app’s storage. Separately remove any exports or operating-system backups you no longer want.
